The best event videos aren't created on event day—they're created weeks or months earlier through thoughtful planning, smart staffing, and a clear understanding of what success looks like.
My philosophy is simple: event video should support your event, not disrupt it.
Whether we're producing a fundraising gala, conference, summit, community celebration, or product launch, my goal is to seamlessly weave our crew into the fabric of your event. Guests shouldn't feel like they're being filmed. Speakers shouldn't have to think about cameras. Organizers shouldn't have to manage a production team. We become part of the event so that we can capture it authentically.
That's why I'm meticulous about staffing. I personally choose the videographers, photographers, producers, editors, and creative partners assigned to every project. Great event coverage requires more than technical skill—it requires professionalism, awareness, adaptability, and the ability to anticipate moments before they happen. The right crew captures magic. The wrong crew becomes a distraction.
I also believe that event video shouldn't begin when guests arrive and end when they leave. The most successful events use video throughout the entire event lifecycle.
Before the event, we create promotional videos that drive registrations, ticket sales, sponsorships, and excitement.
During the event, we produce the content that powers the experience itself—from Gala Centerpiece Videos and Impact & Fundraising Films to Honoree Videos, Demo Booth Videos, Walk-In Loops, Virtual & Hybrid Event Content, and more.
After the event, we transform everything we've captured into Event Recap Videos, Highlight Reels, social media content, sponsor deliverables, and evergreen marketing assets that extend the value of your event long after the room has emptied.
The result is a cohesive video strategy that supports your event before, during, and after it happens.
Event production should feel exciting, not stressful. My job is to assemble the right team, coordinate the details, and create a seamless production experience that elevates your event without getting in the way of it. Your job is to host a great event. I'll handle the video.

“FLOW was incredible. We gave the team very short notice and a number of seemingly difficult hoops to jump through and they went over and above and beyond on everything. Super professional, great technical skills, and overall just lovely people. I'd absolutely use FLOW again.”

“Really enjoyed working with everyone. It was a seamless process. We have received very positive feedback on the videos!”

“Flow did a terrific job helping us refine the narrative we wanted to capture through video. They delivered a product that properly encapsulates the spirit and purpose of our organization.”

“The final video surpassed my exceedingly high expectations.”

“Instead of just working for us, they’ve made it evident that they care for our cause.”

“I just watched our video twice and am holding back my tears. It makes me so proud.”

“I really felt attended to. I am confident this event would not have gone off as seamlessly without your careful attention to detail.”

“Everybody loved the video! One board member cried.”
